Shipping policy

1. Receipt of Deliveries

Ensuring that someone is present at the designated location to receive the delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Flowers destined for business addresses and hospitals may be directed to a main reception, and the signature of any authorized individual accepting the delivery on behalf of the organization serves as proof of delivery to your intended recipient.

In the case of deliveries to private condos and HDBs, if there is no one available to receive the items, they will be left at the front door of the condo or HDB unit, considered as delivered to the recipient. If you have specified delivery to the management office for private condos, the signature of any person in the management office will be deemed as proof of delivery to your recipient.

Please note that responsibility for the items, including their quality, is no longer ours beyond the abovementioned points.


2. Delivery Timings
Our regular delivery timeframe is from 11:30am to 8:00 pm every day. However, during exceptionally busy periods like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we extend our delivery hours from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm to guarantee that all orders can be delivered on the specified day.
 
3. Deliveries to P.O. Box Addresses
Deliveries to P.O. Box addresses are unfortunately unavailable.
 
4. Change of Delivery Address

In general, we will make every effort to accommodate last-minute changes to the delivery address, with an associated additional charge of SGD $15.00.

For subscription orders, a two-week advance notice is required. This can be communicated through an email request sent to hello@petalstudio.co. Upon receiving your email request for a change in the delivery address, we will promptly send you a confirmation email. Please be aware that the change in address is considered effective only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

While we uphold our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy, we kindly ask for our customers' assistance and understanding. Fresh flowers and foliage, being perishable products, are subject to deterioration over time, influenced by factors such as heat, direct sunlight, humidity, care, and specific environmental conditions beyond our control once they are delivered. It is crucial to recognize that this guarantee does not automatically entitle you to a 100% refund or exchange but rather aims for a fair and reasonable resolution.
