     Substitution

    • Although we aim to fulfill the order as displayed on the website, Petal Studio retains the right to substitute any item with a comparable or elevated value based on its availability. Our florists put in great efforts to ensure that the overall presentation is unaffected.

     Change of Particulars

    • Please contact us via Email for any change of particulars such as address, card message, delivery schedule, etc. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.
    • Surcharges may apply for change of particulars in less than 24 hours before selected delivery slot.

     Exchange / Refund

    • All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once delivered.
