Workshop Booking Policy

1. Booking Policy

All bookings made through Petal Studio website are final and non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, transferred, or rescheduled.

 

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans

• Late arrival

• No-show

• Personal reasons

3. No Rescheduling

Bookings are non-changeable once confirmed. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct date, time, and location at the point of booking.

4. Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals will not receive additional time. Your session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next booking.
